What’s Their Warranty Like?
“Didn’t you get our painting contractor’s email?” asks Stephanie. David wrinkles his forehead in thought. “I don’t think so, what email?” Stephanie picks up her phone and starts looking through her email. “The one with those documents he suggested we read so we know his process, timelines, and such.”
David shakes his head. “I don’t remember getting anything. Seems like you did though.” Stephanie nods. “Well, I guess since I filled out the contact form it makes sense that only I did.” Stephanie hands her phone to David. “Here, this is the warranty post he sent us.”

Our warranty lasts for 3 years (the state only requires 2). We firmly believe in the quality of our work and paint selection. This is why we added on another year to what is required by the state.
Even if it’s beyond the 3 years, for minor labor mistakes feel free to contact us and we can talk about it.
A Few Words From Jimmy, Pinon Painting’s Owner
At Pinon Painting my standards are the same as if we were painting my own house. If there is a problem one year, two years, three years down the road, then I want to know about it. I take pride in the fact that we do superior quality work that lasts.
If something is wrong whether the paint is not holding up or there are cracks appearing that shouldn’t be, call me. I’m going to take care of it and make sure you get what you pay for.
While problems with our paint projects are few, they definitely do happen. We are not infallible. But 99% of the time, you can be assured that we will give you a premium quality job and stand behind our work.
